Sport avoidance

It's one of my goals to actively avoid any kind of sport activities – except probably walking and hiking, I like those but only in limited amount. I especially hate running, as it makes me really uncomfortable spitting out my lungs. I also dislike the after-effects it might have. Like one time I wanted to burn a few calories to meet my daily calorie limit and did crouches for one or two minutes. That it was hard at the moment was one thing – it's bearable, I can make the effort for a short time. But the after-effect... basically my legs hurt for several days. I concluded that it didn't worth it.
Despite this.
I feel obligated to suggest.
Should you choose to create this world once more.
Another path would be better suited.
