Interesting. I don't really count calories, I just try to eat reasonable amounts. I focus more on eating as few unhealthy things as possible and mostly nutritious things.

The recommendation for fruits and vegetables is 200 grams of fruits and 250 grams of vegetables. Do you meet those recommendations? I would say I might even exceed them.

I'm trying to control my weight with calorie counting – I got mixed results so far. I could successfully lose significant amount of weight, but it's getting harder to keep the limits. ;D
